<p>My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming triathlon walking hiking </p>
<p>My goals are: I am seven months new to running.  Finished in my fist half in November 2010 and am now training for a full.  Typically I run twenty miles a week and cross train twice a week.  I have a favorite nine mile route that I do with my running buddy twice most weeks.</p>
<p>My other favorite activities include: canyoneering and white water rafting.</p>
<p>This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.</p>
<p>Please come by and read my blog.  It will help me stay motivated and keep me on track as I achieve my fitness goals!</p>
